Introducing the New RTCt Temperature Calibrator
We’re thrilled to introduce the
RTCt Temperature Calibrator, a major upgrade to our popular RTC temperature calibrator, built to offer the most advanced, flexible, and efficient temperature calibration experience available today. The RTCt incorporates the core functionality of the RTC while adding cutting-edge features, making it an unmatched tool for precision in industrial temperature calibration.
Key updates include an enhanced, user-friendly display and usability upgrades that make the RTCt easier to operate. The larger main display, now a responsive touchscreen, works seamlessly with an updated, customizable UI to streamline temperature calibration tasks. Additionally, the RTCt goes beyond traditional connectivity options with integrated Wi-Fi, alongside existing Ethernet and USB compatibility, enabling remote access for ultimate convenience.
Also added is a new, patent pending, auto-adjusting graphical mode. This industry first feature auto adjusts a graph based on the calibration stage and temperature settings. It starts with an overview graph of the current temperature compared to a stability line, then once calibration stability is met, the RTCt changes to a relative graph showing even the smallest deviations.
The RTCt also introduces dual sensor input ports, allowing for simultaneous calibration of two sensors. This expansion cuts down calibration time, particularly beneficial in complex setups. An expanded temperature range of -35°C to 155°C further widens application scope. Enhanced performance features also include multi-step switch runs, with up to five user-selectable automated temperature switch runs, plus full rate control across all calibration modes, both significant upgrades over the RTC.
Further adding to ease of use, the RTCt incorporates up to six user-defined preset temperatures, which help accelerate the calibration process. A new graphical display for stability and DLC progress provides an instant, intuitive readout, enhancing the previous numerical-only format. The interface itself is fully customizable, allowing operators to adjust elements like graphs, sensor details, and channels as needed. Additionally, users can now name settings for easier access to past configurations—an improvement over the RTC’s fixed date-and-time method.
For safety and convenience, the RTCt offers full remote control through both WiFi and Ethernet, enabling operators to start runs, change settings, and complete calibrations from any location, even in restricted or hazardous zones.
The RTCt’s enhanced features make it the ultimate tool for precision temperature calibration, setting a new standard for flexibility and control in the industry. For more details, visit our newly updated
