Crystal Engineering Expands XP3i Data Analysis and Reporting Capabilities with New CrystalControlWeb and CrystalConnect Features
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – AMETEK Crystal Engineering today announced new enhancements to the XP3i Digital Pressure Gauge ecosystem, delivering faster data analysis, streamlined reporting, and improved field productivity through updates to CrystalControlWeb and CrystalConnect.
The new releases focus on helping users gain more value from the pressure test data they already collect by simplifying data comparison, improving accessibility to reports, and making information easier to analyze wherever work is performed.
Enhanced Data Analysis in CrystalControlWeb
The latest CrystalControlWeb release (2.2.0) introduces Multi-Datalog Selection and Graphing, allowing users to compare up to four datalogs simultaneously using a single overlaid graph.
This capability enables technicians, engineers, and maintenance professionals to quickly evaluate the results of multiple pressure tests without exporting data into spreadsheets or manually creating comparison charts.
Users can:
-Overlay up to four datalogs in a single graph
-Compare historical and current test runs with ease
-Identify trends and performance changes faster
-Export completed graphs directly as image or PDF files
The new feature is particularly valuable for recurring maintenance activities, hydrostatic testing, leak testing, commissioning projects, and process verification applications where comparing multiple test runs is a routine part of analysis.
New Reporting Flexibility in CrystalConnect
The updated CrystalConnect mobile application (1.3.1) introduces Offline PDF Report Generation, enabling users to generate professional reports for individual datalogs even when internet connectivity is unavailable.
Reports follow the same format as the CrystalControlWeb General Report, providing a consistent reporting experience across both platforms.
The update also adds enhanced data review capabilities, allowing users to examine the data points behind each plotted log through dedicated adjoining tabs.
Together, these features make it easier for users to collect data, review results, and generate documentation directly from the field.
Strengthening the XP3i Ecosystem
These enhancements continue Crystal Engineering's commitment to delivering practical tools that help users maximize efficiency and gain deeper insight from their measurement data.
By combining the XP3i Digital Pressure Gauge with CrystalConnect and CrystalControlWeb, users now have a more powerful workflow for collecting, analyzing, comparing, and reporting pressure test results, whether in the field or at the office.
The latest versions of CrystalControlWeb and CrystalConnect are available now.
