Innovative Dual- and Triple-Zone Temperature Control: The RTC Series features active dual- and triple-zone temperature control to provide exceptional temperature homogeneity in the well. This advanced control ensures that every calibration is performed with the highest level of accuracy, maintaining stability and uniformity across the entire calibration zone. This feature is particularly beneficial when calibrating a wide range of sensors under various conditions.
RTC-168 Combination Dry-Block/Wet Bath Calibrator: Our latest addition to the RTC lineup, the RTC-168, combines the versatility of dry-block and wet-bath calibration in a single portable unit. This multifunctional design allows for a seamless transition between calibration methods, making it highly adaptable for diverse applications. Key innovations include a new liquid system with a faster magnetic stirrer that extends the uniformity zone and a removable liquid container for easy switching between dry and wet modes.
Enhanced Design for Large and Sanitary Sensors: We specifically designed the RTC-168 to accommodate large flange sensors up to 84 mm in diameter, making it ideal for calibrating difficult sanitary sensors. The special sanitary sensor insert for dry-block mode ensures contamination-free calibration, while the unique airflow system protects sensors under test. Additionally, screw-on lids and a compact, portable design facilitate easy transport and setup, making on-site calibration efficient and hassle-free.
Wide Temperature Range and High Accuracy: The RTC Series offers a broad temperature range from -100 to 700°C (-148 to 1292°F) across seven models, with accuracy up to ±0.04°C and stability to ±0.005°C. This range and precision make the RTC Series suitable for a variety of calibration needs, from industrial applications to laboratory environments. The time-saving fast cooling and heating capabilities further enhance productivity, allowing you to complete calibrations quickly and efficiently.
